Management Team:

Ross McBride, President - Mr. McBride brings over 24 years of real estate construction, development and management experience to Montblanc.  Mr. McBride has been involved in the development of over 2000 residential condominiums in North America.  He has also developed commercial retail plazas and commercial buildings.  His passion for real estate also extended to property management of over 10,000 residential units.

Marcin Zalewski, Director of Operations - Mr. Zalewski has over 6 years of experience in business management and financial management systems.  He specializes in strong financial reporting and stringent cost controls for organizations and helps facilitate all financial transactions for Montblanc and it's clients.

Kimberly O'Brien, Investor Relations - Mrs. O'Brien has over 5 years of experience in business administration.  Over the years she has developed the crucial and indispensable professional skills which are essential to investor relations.  Mrs. O'Brien is extremely passionate about customer service and ensures all investor needs are not only met but, exceeded.

Tony Luc, Manager of Information Technology - Mr. Luc is an experienced professional with computers and software for business.  Mr. Luc is in charge of keeping all computer systems up and running 24/7 for Montblanc.

John Paterson, Real Estate Investment Advisor - Mr. Paterson is responsible for communication with Montblanc's clients.  He works at helping Montblanc's clients understand and take advantage of real estate investment opportunities from Montblanc.

Jane Paterson, Real Estate Investment Advisor - Mrs. Paterson is responsible for communication with Montblanc's clients.  She works at helping Montblanc's clients understand and take advantage of real estate investment opportunities from Montblanc.

Carolyn Seaforth, Real Estate Investment Advisor - Ms. Seaforth is responsible for communication with Montblanc's clients.  She works at helping Montblanc's clients understand and take advantage of real estate investment opportunities from Montblanc.

Trisha Paterson, Real Estate Investment Advisor - Ms. Paterson is responsible for communication with Montblanc's clients.  She works at helping Montblanc's clients understand and take advantage of real estate investment opportunities from Montblanc.

Marc Quesnel, Property Manager - Mr. Quesnel has 18 years of extensive hands on experience with tenant/owner relations and property repair, maintenance and management.  He is able to deal with all manners of renovations, construction and repair for buildings and properties of all types.

Patsy Abbott, Superintendent - Mrs. Abbott is responsible for tenant/owner relations and property repair, maintenance and management.  She ensures great care is given to both the tenants and property which she oversees.

George Gough, Superintendent - Mr. Gough is responsible for tenant/owner relations and property repair, maintenance and management.  He ensures great care is given to both the tenants and property which he oversees.

Sharon McDavid, Superintendent - Ms. McDavid is responsible for tenant/owner relations and property repair, maintenance and management.  She ensures great care is given to both the tenants and property which she oversees.
